As a Life Plan Community committed to lifelong wellness and peace of mind, we’re expanding our continuum of care to better support residents. This fall, we will officially welcome Assisted Living to our campus, offering personalized support in a residential setting that reflects the warmth, beauty, and vibrancy of Trillium Woods.
What to Expect
The new Assisted Living residences are being thoughtfully designed to provide just the right amount of daily support—while still empowering residents to live as independently as possible. With the addition of this new level of care, Trillium Woods will offer even more flexibility and confidence to current residents and future families.
