Trillium Woods Announces Linda Stanton as Director of Sales & Marketing
Trillium Woods, the Life Care Services® life plan community based in Plymouth, has named Linda Stanton the new Director of Sales & Marketing. Stanton joins the Trillium Woods leadership team after serving as vice president of business development for Align, where she spearheaded business growth through sales strategy, prospecting and promotion of new solutions to senior living and other healthcare organizations.
“With more than 15 years of results-driven strategic marketing and business development experience, Linda is a great asset to our team and our community,” said Matt Phipps, executive director of Trillium Woods. “Linda will provide the highest quality experience for current and prospective Trillium Woods residents thanks to her marketing insight and expertise with senior living communities.”
Stanton entered the senior living field in 2009 as community relations director at New Perspective Senior Living in Waconia, Minn. Stanton has also served in several leadership positions at Sunrise Senior Living, most recently as area manager of sales, west division. In this role, Stanton oversaw sales and occupancy strategy, operations and customer experience for the region. Stanton brings additional marketing experience from past positions at RTT Mobile Interpretation, PeopleNet Communications and Fisher-Rosemount Systems.
Stanton was on the board of the Minnesota Nursing Home Social Workers Association (MNHSWA) and is an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and American Marketing Association (AMA). She is also an active volunteer with Relay for Life, the Open Hands Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association. Stanton earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Concordia University.
