Trillium Woods Expansion to Open This Fall
It’s almost here! Trillium Woods’ long-anticipated $56 million expansion is set to welcome new residents in the fall of 2025.
The expansion at Plymouth, Minn.’s premier senior living community includes 52 beautifully designed independent living homes, 18 assisted living residences, and 16 private memory care studios.
Demand for the independent living homes has been extremely high, and only three apartments remain available—two 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes and a 1-bedroom, 1 ½-bath home with a den. Each spacious residence is filled with natural light and includes a balcony—and pets are certainly welcome!
