Opening Up Our Community – October, 21, 2020

By following established protocol, our community is following a multi-phase approach to reopening. With continued precautions in place, as of October 21, 2020, Trillium Woods has made these changes:

  • The Grand Terrace and Café patio are available for outside visits.  Due to weather we are allowing limited visitors in our Sunroom by reservation.  Guidelines: Must be screened at arrival, remain six feet apart with no physical contact; masks should be worn throughout visit and use appropriate hand washing/sanitizing procedures.  Guests limited to no more than three per visit and no children under age 15.  Please limit your time to 45 minutes to be respectful of other residents.
  • Dining venues have reopened with limited capacity for resident only. No outside guests permitted at this time.
  • The number of allowed participants for activities, exercise classes and programs have increased.
  • Increased capacity in the library
  • Increased capacity in the auditorium.
  • Modified housekeeping will continue with some increased services
  • Residents going off campus for errands and hospital appointments are encouraged to self-quarantine.
  • Salons services are available by appointment to residents.
  • Fitness classes have resumed with limited capacity.

The health and safety of residents and employees remains our highest priority. In the weeks to come, Trillium Woods will keep you informed as we continue to monitor the situation, evaluate information, and consider a change in our precautionary measures. Your ongoing support and patience during these challenging times is appreciated.
